Korean one-shaft generator architectures — a single low-rpm DC motor driving multiple generators on a shared rotation shaft — are moving from domestic pilot into export at an unusual pace this quarter. ERGSN's HYGEN family (KE-Option A / B / C / D) is the primary reference in our pipeline, with inquiries concentrated in three buyer groups:
- European off-grid logistics yards reacting to Q1 2026 industrial electricity-cost resets — the dual-set combo (KE-Option C, ~2.4 kW/h) matches continuous-load profiles at 1/3 the capex of reciprocating backup.
- Australian remote-site operators replacing diesel backup with solar + DC-coupled HYGEN arrays. N+1 drive redundancy in the triple-set flagship (KE-Option D) is the deciding feature.
- GCC government facilities asking for turnkey off-grid configurations bundled with ESS. Pilot deployments begin Q3 2026.
The modular DC 24V bus makes retrofitting straightforward — generator count per shaft is adjustable, so buyers can start at a single set and scale horizontally. ERGSN is holding prices flat through 2026-Q3 for qualified verified-partner orders.
