Partner Credentialing
Every Korean manufacturer in the ERGSN network completes a 4-step verification — Vendor Audit, Quality Verification, Compliance Check, and a Long-term Partnership agreement. Partners that clear all four stages receive the official ERGSN Verified Partner credential: an SVG badge for their websites and a printable certificate for procurement submissions.
The SVG scales cleanly from 40 px favicons to billboard prints. The certificate template opens in your browser — use File → Print → Save as PDF to generate a signed PDF for procurement, export documentation, or corporate presentations.
The badge is issued under a revocable licence. Partners may display it on their own websites, product brochures, email signatures, and trade-show collateral — provided the following rules are observed:
Link the badge back to ergsn.net. Keep the original colours (navy shield + gold seal). Scale proportionally. Display alongside your own branding — the badge is a credential, not a replacement.
Do not alter the shield shape, swap colours, add words, crop the text, or use it on unrelated products. Do not imply ERGSN ownership of your company. Misuse terminates the licence immediately.
Verification is renewed yearly. If a partner fails a renewal audit, they have 30 days to remove the badge from all materials. ERGSN updates the public partner list accordingly.
Buyers who suspect an unverified company is displaying the badge can report it — ERGSN maintains the authoritative partner list and will issue a written confirmation on request.
