ERGSN CO., LTD. (“ERGSN”, “we”) operates ergsn.net as a B2B trade platform connecting verified Korean producers with global procurement teams. Contact: Telegram @ceodon.

2. What we collect

Submission data: name, company, email, phone, country, industry, product interest — only when you voluntarily submit RFQ, Spotlight inquiry, Book-a-Demo, or Q&A forms.
Local preferences: language, buyer passport profile, mission progress, concept votes — stored only in your browser (localStorage). Never transmitted to our servers unless you submit a form.
Anonymous analytics: aggregated page views via a privacy-respecting analytics provider. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.

3. How we use it

Respond to your inquiry and provide pricing/lead-time information.
Improve product matching and prioritize which Korean partners we onboard.
Send occasional follow-ups about products you expressed interest in (only with consent).

4. Who receives it

Submissions are delivered to ERGSN via email (FormSubmit) and, where enabled, an internal Telegram channel through a secure serverless proxy. We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. Your choices

Clear local preferences: Browser settings → Site data → Clear.
Request deletion of submitted data by contacting us (Telegram @ceodon). We respond within 30 days.
You may browse without creating a Buyer Passport.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years for follow-up and compliance, then archived or deleted.

7. International transfers

Our team operates from Seoul, KR. Email delivery uses FormSubmit (US). Telegram proxy runs on Cloudflare (global). By submitting, you consent to processing in these regions.

We may update this policy; material changes will be noted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
