ERGSN is a B2B trade platform showcasing verified Korean producers. Content (product descriptions, pricing estimates, lead times) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final contractual terms are agreed by Proforma Invoice on a per-order basis.

3. Pre-launch and Spotlight concepts

Items marked “Concept”, “Prototype”, “Pilot”, or “Coming Soon” are under evaluation and are not for sale. Your interest, votes, or inquiries do not create a purchase right or reservation.

4. Tool estimates

Quote Calculator, Landed Cost Simulator, and Compliance Checker produce indicative results based on public data and simplifying assumptions. Real landed costs, duties, and required certifications must be verified with your local customs broker and regulators.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
Do not submit false inquiries or impersonate others.
Q&A Wall submissions may be edited or removed by ERGSN for clarity, relevance, or legal reasons.

6. Intellectual property

ERGSN branding, copy, and site design are owned by ERGSN CO., LTD. Product photography and spec sheets may include assets licensed from partner manufacturers and reference sources (e.g., papershredders.com for U.S. market specifications). Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERGSN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its estimates.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in Seoul Central District Court, subject to applicable mandatory consumer/trade protections in your jurisdiction.
