Punggyeonru is the flagship tier of the Yangpyeong Soohyang The Hanok estate — a 30-pyeong (~99 m²) detached hanok that combines the extended premium floor plan of Soyojae with the pet-friendly configuration of Gyeonwujae. Each unit hosts up to eight guests plus their dogs, making it the natural choice for extended family stays, executive offsites with pets welcome, and multi-household corporate retreats.
The estate sits in a quiet forested valley in Jipyeong, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province — approximately 90 minutes east of Seoul by car, near the Yangpyeong golf belt and surrounded by protected woodland.
