About Sopunghun

Sopunghun is the classic entry tier of the Yangpyeong Soohyang The Hanok estate — a 25-pyeong (~83 m²) detached traditional Korean house with a hinoki cypress aroma room, a private kitchen, and direct access to the on-site courtyard amenities. Three identical units are available, each designed for families, small groups, or corporate retreats of up to six guests.

The property sits in a quiet forested valley in Jipyeong, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province — approximately 90 minutes east of Seoul by car, near the Yangpyeong golf belt and surrounded by protected woodland.

Annual Fractional Share Ownership

Own a year at Sopunghun

ERGSN offers annual-use fractional share ownership on every Soohyang hanok unit — in Korea this ownership model is called gujwa bunyang. Instead of nightly bookings, enterprises and investors can purchase a dedicated share (a guaranteed block of annual usage nights on a specific hanok unit) for corporate retreat use, executive hospitality, or as a hospitality-asset line item.

What a share is

A fixed annual allotment of nights on a nominated hanok unit — renewed yearly, transferable, and usable as corporate lodging, executive housing, or an investment asset on the balance sheet.

Who it suits

Multinationals with Korea operations, corporate-retreat planners, B2B hospitality portfolios, hospitality-REIT allocators, and private offices seeking a vetted Korean hanok asset line.

What is included

Guaranteed annual nights, operator-managed housekeeping, concierge onboarding, utilities, full access to the jjimjilbang, BBQ, and seminar-room amenities, plus all ongoing maintenance.

Request share terms & pricing →

Annual-use fractional share ownership is available on Sopunghun Rooms 1, 2, and 3. ERGSN issues a formal proposal — covering nights-per-year, pricing, transfer terms, and the operating-fee schedule — after the inquiry below.
